An employer declaration on entrusting work to a foreigner is a simplified procedure intended for citizens of four countries: Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, and Armenia. The declaration is registered at the District Labor Office appropriate for the employer's registered office and allows the foreigner to work in Poland for up to 24 months. The procedure is significantly faster than a standard work permit.
