Required documents
- Application for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of highly qualified employment
- Higher education diploma (recognized in Poland)
- Employment contract or job offer for at least one year
- Confirmation of salary above the required threshold
- Four photographs
- Copy of a valid travel document
- Confirmation of health insurance
