Urgency complaints and appeals — legal procedure in residence cases

Appeals and complaints

Representation in case of procedural delays (urgency complaint) or negative voivode decisions (appeal).

We represent the client in two critical situations: when the residence proceedings are delayed (urgency complaint directed to the higher authority) and when the voivode has issued a negative decision (appeal to the Head of the Office for Foreigners). We prepare professional procedural documents with legal argumentation, compile additional evidence for the case, and represent the client before the authority at every stage. In many cases, a successful appeal changes a negative decision to a positive one.

Who it's for

Foreigners whose case is stuck at the office or who have received a negative decision.
