Residence and work permit

The temporary residence and work permit, known as the "single permit", is the most popular path for non-EU foreigners working in Poland. It combines a residence permit with the right to work — eliminating the need for two separate proceedings. Depending on the basis of the permit, the foreigner may be tied to a specific employer or have open access to the labor market (e.g., graduates of Polish universities). We represent the foreigner before the voivode, ensuring full compliance of documentation with current legal requirements.
